Accessibility Statement

TradeWeave Inc. (“TradeWeave,” “we,” “us” or “our”) wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we aim for, what we have done, what we know is not finished, and how to reach us if something on this site gets in your way.

1. The standard we work toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is the international reference standard for web accessibility and is the basis for accessibility requirements in many jurisdictions.

We describe this as a target we work toward rather than a certification. We have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit of this website, and we will not claim conformance we have not verified.

2. What we have implemented

The following are built into the site today:

Semantic HTML structure, so headings, lists, and landmarks convey meaning to assistive technology rather than relying on visual styling alone;

A “Skip to content” link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation;

Server-rendered pages, so content is present in the HTML rather than depending on JavaScript to appear;

Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative images marked so screen readers can skip them;

Form fields with associated labels, and validation messages that are announced rather than communicated by color alone;

Visible keyboard focus styling on interactive elements;

Support for browser zoom and for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.

3. Known limitations

We would rather tell you what is unfinished than imply the site is flawless. As of the effective date above:

We have not completed a full manual audit of every page template against every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion;

Color contrast has not been independently verified across every component and state;

Some third-party embedded content, such as the anti-spam challenge on our forms, is controlled by the vendor and its accessibility is not fully within our control;

Long documents, including this one, are presented as continuous text without in-page navigation.

We treat each of these as work to be done, not as an acceptable end state.

4. Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter something on this site you cannot access or use, please tell us. You do not need to identify the specific guideline or use technical language — a plain description of what you were trying to do and what happened is enough.

5. Getting the same information another way

If any part of this website is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information or service through another channel. Contact us by email or phone and we will respond directly by whichever means works for you.

6. Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project. We review accessibility when we build new pages and templates, and we intend to expand automated and manual testing over time. We will update this statement, including the effective date and the known-limitations section, as that work progresses.
