It necessarily teaches the software in general terms: it cannot know how your pricebook is structured, which workflows your office actually runs, or where a specific role loses time each day. That gap is where most training effort is lost — people finish coursework understanding the product but still guess at the company's expected process. TradeWeave's certified consultants pick up where general coursework stops, running role-based practice on your own configured account using your approved pricebook and your real job types, so what a CSR or technician learns in a session is exactly what they are asked to do the next morning.

Is this a replacement for ServiceTitan Academy?

No. ServiceTitan Academy is ServiceTitan's own training resource for learning the platform, and it remains the right starting point for product knowledge. TradeWeave's training is account-specific: we work inside your configuration, with your pricebook and your workflows, on the process your team is expected to follow. Most companies get value from both, in that order.

Our team already completed the courses. Why is adoption still inconsistent?

Understanding a feature and knowing your company's expected process are different things, and only the second drives consistency. If the expected workflow has never been written down for each role, people default to their own interpretation. Training against your configured account — and documenting the workflow per role — is what usually closes that gap.

How is the training delivered?

Small groups, hands-on, using your account and sanitized real scenarios rather than a demo environment. Each role rehearses the workflow it owns, the team reviews observed errors, and we leave a written workflow per role. Sessions can be scheduled around dispatch so the field is not pulled off jobs at once.
