Dean Mainardi is a co-founder of TradeWeave with more than four decades of experience in construction, building materials, retail operations, and business ownership. He has led teams, managed profit and loss, negotiated with vendors, and improved the systems behind day-to-day operations. His background includes serving as President and Owner of Only The Best Builder and leadership roles at Munz Roofing and Siding/LB Capital, The Home Depot, and M&M Millwork & Lumber Sales.

At Munz, Dean built production workflows in ServiceTitan and developed a good-better-best selling framework that supported automated purchase orders and inventory management. He brings that contractor-owner perspective to TradeWeave, connecting business strategy with practical systems for sales, procurement, production, and team execution.
