The challenge
In the owner's own words, "switching to ServiceTitan can feel like learning an entirely new language." For a busy roofing and fencing contractor, that's a real problem: ServiceTitan is powerful, but configuring it to match how your business actually runs is a project in itself.
The harder issue was capacity. As the owner put it, "everyone in the company already has a full-time job, and nobody's role is specifically to craft the software to run exactly how you need it to." There was no internal person who could own the migration, the configuration, and the team's training on top of running the business.
What TradeWeave did
TradeWeave provided hands-on help through the move to ServiceTitan — the outside capacity the company did not have internally, in a business where, as the owner put it, everyone already has a full-time job and nobody's role is shaping the software around how the company runs.
What is on record is the owner's own account of that transition and of TradeWeave's part in it. It does not establish a numeric before-and-after result, and it does not itemize every configuration, migration, and training task, so this study does not claim those details.
